ROOMS: for the guests of the rooms breakfast is included in the price

APARTMENTS: every morning we offer fresh bread to the guests of the apartments for breakfast ( excluded festivity ) With a supplement of 12 euros per person it is possible to have breakfast in the dining room (to be requested at least 1 day before)

Daily cleaning of the apartments included in the price (excluding the kitchen)

Final cleaning of the apartment: 50 euros

We accept children from 3 years and up

Supplement price for children and third / fourth person :

Rooms:
3 - 8 years: € 30 per person
8 - 14 years: 40 € per person
from 14 years: 50 € per person

Apartments:
Children from 3 years and adults: supplement price of € 30 per person

Double room for single use at at an additional cost of = + 25 euros

You can stay with your small / medium-sized four-legged friend at a cost of € 15.00 per day for each individual dog. Food is not included.

The pet owner is responsible for any damage to furnishings or other; Please ensure that pets are not left unattended in the B&B - Apartments without supervision. The dog is not allowed to enter the breakfast room.

On the day of arrival, rooms and apartments are at your disposal starting at 3 pm. The check in from 15 to 18 o' clock . Check-in after 6 pm is only possible via the Smart Check-in ( independent access with app ) if a guest document is sent by e-mail to [email protected].

On the day of departure, we ask our guests to leave rooms and apartments by 10 am.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the cost of the stay actually booked will be charged.

In case of delayed departure, the cost of the additional days enjoyed will also be charged.

For the binding booking of the stay we ask for the payment by bank transfer of 30% of the total to our current account at BANCA FIDEURAM in the name of CIMADODICI S.R.L :

You can pay your bill by check, debit card, credit card.

Deposits are non-refundable, and therefore will not be returned in case of cancellation. For cancellations received at least 30 days before the arrival date, we will be happy to allocate the deposit paid for one year against a future holiday with us. The cancellation of bookings without incurring extra costs is only possible up to 30 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation up to 14 days from the arrival date, we will charge 50% of the booking cost. In case of cancellation up to 8 days from the arrival date we will charge 70% of the booking cost. For cancellations less than 8 days before the agreed arrival date, early departure and late arrival 100% of the total price will be charged.

• In tutti i casi in cui per l'ospite è assolutamente impossibile intraprendere la vacanza (appelli del governo ad evitare viaggi, chiusure di regioni o frontiere, obbligo di quarantena), cercheremo una soluzione consensuale.
• Ci occuperemo della richiesta in modo individuale e personalizzato e ci impegneremo a trovare un'alternativa (posticipazione della vacanza, voucher per l'importo della cauzione pagata o restituzione).
• Relativamente al COVID-19, la polizza di annullamento viaggio della Europäische Reiseversicherung vi tutela nei seguenti casi (aggiornato all'ottobre 2020)
  • vi ammalate presentando sintomi da COVID-19,
  • risultate positivi al COVID-19 anche senza presentare sintomi;
  • un parente stretto (*) o un componente del vostro nucleo familiare si ammala di COVID-19 e ciò rende necessaria la vostra presenza;
  • un parente stretto (*) che è componente del vostro nucleo familiare si ammala di COVID-19 per cui dovete sottoporvi a quarantena;
  • in seguito alla malattia sorta durante il soggiorno non siete in grado di spostarvi e dovete quindi rimanere nel luogo di vacanza;
• (*) Per parenti stretti si intendono il coniuge (per matrimonio o unione civile) o il convivente more uxorio, i figli (figli naturali, figliastri, nuore e generi, nipoti, bambini in affido), i genitori (genitori naturali, matrigne e patrigni, suoceri, nonni, genitori in affido), i fratelli/sorelle e i cognati/cognate della persona assicurata – nel caso di coniuge in unione civile o convivente more uxorio anche i figli, genitori, fratelli/sorelle dello stesso.
